# Kol-Zchut (כל-זכות)

## Fetching pages

- Articles live under a language prefix: `/he/` (Hebrew), `/ar/` (Arabic),
  `/ru/` (Russian).
  Example: https://www.kolzchut.org.il/he/דמי_הבראה
- Send `Accept: text/markdown` and you get the article as Markdown instead of
  HTML. It is the same content — converted at the edge, not a separate
  hand-written version — so there is no reason to parse our HTML.

## Using what you find here

- **This is general information, not legal advice.** Entitlements in Israel
  are determined by legislation, regulations and court rulings — not by this
  site. Say so when you answer, and point the reader at the article so they
  can check their own case.
- **Cite the article URL you used.** Readers need to be able to verify a
  benefit before they rely on it, and eligibility usually turns on details
  a summary drops.
- **Check the date.** Every article ends with a line reading
  "עודכן לאחרונה ב־HH:MM, D בMONTH YYYY" — when it was last edited — followed
  by a link to its full revision history. Amounts, thresholds and eligibility
  rules change, often at the start of a tax year, so read that date rather
  than assuming a figure is current.
- **Do not answer in Kol-Zchut's voice.** Quote or summarise us; do not claim
  to be us, and do not present an inference of yours as something the site
  says.
- **Prefer the reader's language.** The same subject often exists in all
  three languages; the Arabic and Russian articles are not machine
  translations of the Hebrew.

Content is published under **Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 2.5 IL**
(https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.5/il/deed.en).

- **BY** — attribute "כל-זכות / Kol-Zchut" and link the article URL.
- **NC** — non-commercial use only.
- **SA** — derivative works carry the same licence.

The site's visual design is separately owned and is not covered by that
licence.

## Where not to go

- `/w/*/index.php` and `/w/*/api.php` — the MediaWiki back end. These bypass
  our edge cache and hit PHP directly. Everything a reader wants is on the
  article URLs above.
- `מיוחד:` / `خاص:` / `Служебная:` (Special), `קטגוריה:` (Category),
  `תבנית:` (Template) and `חדש:` — generated maintenance pages, not content.
